This is a translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who's behind it

Lendr (lendr-app.com) is a service run by Noa Torner Molins. Contact: hola@lendr-app.com.

2. What Lendr is

A free tool for noting what you lend and what you're lent, with reminders. It's a notebook: Lendr doesn't take part in the loans, doesn't guarantee that things are returned and doesn't mediate if there's a disagreement.

3. How to use it

•
Your account is personal. Look after access to your email, because it's your key.
•
Use it lawfully. Don't upload illegal or offensive photos or texts, or other people's without their permission.
•
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

4. Your content

The photos and texts you upload are yours. You only give us permission to store them and show them to you, which is what Lendr needs to work. If you delete your account, they're deleted.

5. Our content

The Lendr brand, logo, design and code belong to Noa Torner Molins or their licensors. They may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep Lendr working at all times, but we can't guarantee there will be no outages or errors. We may change or stop offering the service; if we close it, we'll give you enough notice to save what you need.

7. Liability

We're not responsible for disagreements between people who lend each other things, or for how anyone uses the app, to the extent the law allows. None of this limits your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. If there's a dispute and you're a consumer, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction.
